Good day,
I use mplayer for 6 or 7 month. But recently i've installed the latest release i've found( tar.gz format) but video output doesn't work at all (the dump is at the end of the mail => the first MPLAYER dump).
I tryed another release which information version is at the end of the mail too (second DUMP) and i have the following problem : i'm not able to look at video files in full screen mode neither resize the video output. It's not a WindowManager problem, because the window of mplayer switch well to fullscreen mode, but the video is still in 320x240. With the old release (6 r 7 month before) and the same hardware and software config, it worked very fine. So i suggest you this problem.
Here is my config:

It seems there is no Xvideo support for your video card available.
Run 'xvinfo' to verify its Xv support, and read Xv section of DOCS/video.html !
See 'mplayer -vo help' for other (non-xv) video out drivers. Try -vo x11

I thank you in advance. This soft is amazing. It's fast and work very fine (even if sometimes ... video size ... :) ). I'm sure you have a solution. i know NVidia cards are not suggested but in the past it worked perfectly so i don't know why those new releases don't work.
Best regards,
Stef
