This is unrelated. You probably want to bugreport to suse or nvidia.

That would be the xfree86 development package. Whenever you compile
software, you need to have the standard runtime package AND the
development package for each library used. You'll probably run into more
of these compilation errors in the future - just take a look at the
message to see which package you need (the exact package names differ
from distro to distro - you'll have to find those out yourself).
