[MPlayer-users] Video is cut in half if xv driver is used

Hi guys,
I just upgraded to Mandrake 9.0 and now when I use mplayer the video
shows in a screen cut in two parts, the right part being displayed on
the left...
When I change in the preferences the video driver to be used (originally
xv) and set it to X11, it works ok, but the video can't go fullscreen
(black margins around the video)...
Has anyone seen this behavior before?
I am using MPlayer 0.90pre8-3.2 with Mdk9.0 on a Toshiba Satellite
laptop. (used to work very fine in mdk 8.2).
