Not really. many times the cutted avi is broken - when you play it the beginning looks
like it draws frames over itself until keyframe comes and only then the rest of video
plays well. Not when I recode video, it looks well then. But try 'edit' video with
'mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy -ss ... -endpos ... file.avi -o cuttedfile.avi'
and you will see what I mean...
