No, msmpeg4v2 is ancient -- it's the really poor codec used by old
.asf files before there was "divx". Then msmpeg4v3 was the one that
was hacked to make divx3, and mpeg4 is the real mpeg4 standard which
wasn't available at the time MS made their preliminary, incompatible
"mpeg4" codecs.
