[MPlayer-users] divx to vcd!

I have big problems trying to transcond divx files to mpg files.

the audio/video synch never is correct!

to make the divx files i use the mencoder with this comand:

mencoder -dvd 1 -slang pt -alang en -oac mp3lame -ovc lavc -lavcopts 
vcodec=mpeg4:vhq -sws 2 -srate 44100 -o output.avi

to transcode to mpg I try:

mencvcd film -vfr 1 -noburn -mpgonly -vnorm n file.avi
 

when i open this divx files on avidemux, i have this output:

audio bitrate seems wrong..

Help!!
