thanks Stefan, I was searching by a wrong keyword (interleave),
these parameters can help me.
but, one question. The man page say:
"Note: CBR only, VBR ignores this as it puts each packet in a new chunk."
I must understand that AC3 2.0 or 5.1 can be VBR? :-?
tonight I will try with -audio-density 12.5
