you should mount them somehow....

the ways i know about:

1. reboot to windows :-) install daemon-tools from www.daemon-tools.com,
mount the cue/bin file and copy the mpg file from it

2. there is somewhere a program which converts bin to iso... then mount
iso, and extract the mpg

3. maybe you can somehow directly mount the bin file...
