done.
actually i can imagine other problems with the 1. case, as inaccurate
seeking of frameno.avi and input file (mpeg etc) may differ causing
broken a-v sync or 2-pass video encode

so, and it should be added to the docs too: use teh same -ss for all passes
including teh first audio-only one.
