And that should suffice. :-)
OK, to the point:

1. Add similar lines to the .rpmmacros file of the user you're building as.
$ grep gpg /home/dominik/.rpmmacros 
%_signature	gpg
%_gpg_path	/home/dominik/.gnupg
%_gpg_name	Dominik Mierzejewski (Rathann) <dominik at rangers.eu.org>

2. Build packages as usual and then
rpm --addsign package.rpm
It'll ask you for your GPG key password and then add signature to the RPM.
