[MPlayer-users] grabbing from tv

This is the command I used :

mencoder -v -o tv.avi -ovc lavc -lavcopts  vcodec=mpeg4 -oac mp3lame 
-lameopts vol=2 -endpos 60 -tv on:driver=v4l:width=320:height=240:channel=29

And this is the output ( as attachement )

Any help is highly appreciated.

There is another problem : sound does not always work correctly :
if i just used xawtv then i start the mencoder, it starts with no sound.
the solution for me is to start then close the "gnomeradio", then start 
mencoder -> sound is available.
