Actually, good news. While there haven't been any releases in a long
while (not even alpha), milan_cutka is still updating CVS. For instance,
most of the files in
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ffdshow/ffdshow/src/ffmpeg/libavcodec/
are only two days old.

Somebody just needs to make a spiffy new alpha package that doesn't have
that dang msvcr70.dll dependancy. On that topic, actually, I haven't had
any trouble with the previous alpha build, which doesn't depend on
msvcr70.dll.
