Hi.

As Rich already told you: there's NO way that Windows players can
correct an aspect ration automatically based on an AVI's contents. You
HAVE to scale the picture during the encoding. Only mplayer pays respect
to the aspect field stored in the MPEG4 data. And AVI itself does not
provide a header field for aspect ratios.
