Nullsoftvideo is a file container, not a video format. It usually 
contains video in VP3 format and audio in mp3 format, but could 
probably use other codecs (it uses fourccs to identify the codec).
The format is not yet completely understood, and afaik no Linux player 
supports it now.
If you're interested in the internals of .nsv files, please refer to 
http://www.pcisys.net/~melanson/codecs/nsv-format.txt (work in 
progress, may have errors!)
