[MPlayer-users] mpeg1: unknown aspect ratio

Hello

I uploaded to mplayerhq file unknown_aspect_ratio.tar.bz2 where is first 1.44MB of strange mpeg file with strange dimesnions..
mplayer v 090final says that it doesn't know its aspect ratio (10) and I should report this

So I do... but I don't know anything about the file (real dimensions etc.) because I am not the one who created it :-(
I guess it is NTSC (it has 29.97 fps)

I hope someone will find out what's going on there
