[MPlayer-users] problems playing back most dvd's

Hiya

I have done.
I've tried framedrop, hardframedrop, cache 65536, and every other option mentioned on that screen that you get but to no avail, as i say if i rip it into a divx avi for example, i can watch the whole thing w/o any problems (except the occasional starsteps).

That's what leads me to think that the drive cant put the data thru fast enuff.
