Hi!

If you have enough diskspace, copy both CDs to your harddisk (dump the
VCDs to files using -streamdump), then make one file:

$ cat part1.mpg part2.mpg > wholemovie.mpg

then you can do the usual 3pass encoding.

or use 

$ cat part1.mpg part2.mpg | mencoder <blahblah> -
