could you post this to your homepage for example? then everyone could go and 
try it.. in case it's your video drivers that aren't working.. as i've had 
one of such problem, though, it wasn't with bgr15..

btw, check out video outplugins in manpage.. scale is for doing some 
colorspace conversion, dunno wheter it'd work here.. another worth looking 
with scale is format=[...]:
	Restricts the colorspace for next filter.  It does  not  do any  conversion. 
Use together with the scale filter for a real conversion.
