[MPlayer-users] directly reading CUE/BIN

I remember that with this approach some guys could read various file 
formats (avi with xvid/mp3 or ogm with xvid/ogg/ac3)
stored in bin/cue files, so I guess the cuefile demuxer expects to find 
mode2 cd tracks.

There are old messages you can find searching in mplayer-users and 
mplayer-dev-eng.
