[MPlayer-users] ICA 101 ASF

Hello!

I have a network camera, Planet ICA 101, a very cheap
clone of an AXIS 2100. Like any respectable chinese
product it only works with Windows/IE using ActiveX. 
Although it runs some version of BSD as OS (my less
than educated guess) and thttpd as a internal web
server it does not have any open specifications. After
playing with it a few minutes I've discovered that it
produces and ASF stream  accesibile at
http://user:pass@camera-ip/img/video.asf. This is
different from the Axis which produces an
/cgi-bin/fullsize.jpg - jpg/mjpg file that can be
easely imported into other applications (like Motion -
motion.sf.net). All these aplication require that the
camera's output is a jpg file (easy to work with I
guess).

Now, my problem. If I download a piece of the stream
(using wget) or try to play it directly with mplayer i
get the following message:

I can play the file using xine or windows media
player.
I use the latest release of Mplayer (as you can see),
the win32 codecs and nothing else.

mplayer -vo help

I've tried this on different versions of Mplayer, they
all are unfunctional. 

I've put the file online at
http://pot.lsd.ro/video.asf, it has ~380kb. 

I would really like to be able to play it with
mplayer, decoding it to .jpeg files and thus solving
my problem.
