[MPlayer-users] replacement for -vop pp=0x20000

i have been a happy mplayer user for a while now. i was using the
0.90/0.91 version until i learned that i would have to update to the cvs
version so that i can use mplayer for dvb (mpeg2 transport stream) viewing.
i checked out the cvs and it compiled fine. everything works as
expected, but i cannot find the right option for deinterlacing any more.
with older mplayer i always used "-vop pp=0x20000" and that worked like
a charm. the option that seems to do the same now should be "-vf
lavcdeint". but if i try to set this option all i get is:
Option vop: lavcdeint doesn't exist.

what is now the best way to enable deinterlacing?

regards
michael

<Deek> nopcode: No, it isn't. Win32 lacks the equivalent
 of fork().
<Knghtbrd> Deek: windoze is not meant for people who
 should have access to sharp objects, hence no fork()
<Knghtbrd> instead, you must rely on spoon()
