Yes, weird, it's just like the audio frames are not in the neighbourhood
of the video frames.

I use mpeg2enc and tcmplex to create the vobs (tcmplex == mplex from
bbtools). My standalone dvd player has no trouble playing it...

I use -cache 8192. Drawback is that seeking is even slower!
