	You can use their quantization matrices and be SVCD/DVD
	compliant.  Nothing says you have to use non standard
	resolutions, GOP sizes, etc.   If custom matrices are used
	then they're simply placed in the stream for the decoder
	to use at playback time.     

	But you knew that already ;)
