Notice? The silence is deafening. It might be time to bring this to the 
dev list. That's what I'm ready to try, anyway.

Oh, and DVDs are supposed to be played without mounting, and the 'Open' 
dialog won't show you anything unless the disc is mounted. I get 
hundreds of errors and jerky video if I run the disc mounted.
