FPU is 100% useless for video decoding. However, if they count the
mmx/3dnow unit as part of the "fpu", that could be a huge improvement.
Also better fpu could help with ac3 audio decoding, altho eventually
we'll have an integer-only decoder in lavc which should be a good bit
faster.
