[MPlayer-users] BUGREPORT: libavcodec mjpeg and interlaced DCT

Hi!

Ok. And do wrong things silently. ;-))

So, could you explain what options should I use to encode interlaced video to 
mpeg4 without deinterlacing to show it on TV?
As I see, when I encode with ildct the average PSNR is greater then without 
it. Why this happens?
