[MPlayer-users] Not displaying tool panel

Hello, i have a problem with mplayer.

I have a debian sid, and i have the same problem with binary unsupported
and a recompiled by hand.

I have a matrox g550 with mga_vid enabled.

When i run mplayer i see only a rectangle with the background of the skin
but i don't be able to resize the window and there is no controls on the
"video" window.
Moreover i don't see the "control" window, i don't know the name.. the
window that is like xmms...:)

I have had the same problem in my laptop but i don't remember how i
solved the problem...

Ideas?
