[MPlayer-users] v4l (webcam, Phillips toucam pro) framerate setting

Hello,

Sorry if this question is offtopic.

I use a Philips webcam through v4l. It works correctly but I did not find
switches for framerate setting in -tv options. The global -fps does not
seems to work.
Is it possible to set fps with Mplayer or I need to set with external
application?

The framerate is 10 fps by default as I see.
