This will not do at all what you want. Postprocessing MUST be done
before scale and expand (thus last in the list) or the info needed for
it will all be lost!

BTW, IMHO we should add a feature to vf_pp.c to make it print a BIG
ANNOYING WARNING if it doesn't have an exported quantizer table to
work with so that users don't make this mistake.
