Just a general hint. Unless you apply strange security patches, it's
useless to have a root-owned file unless root is the only user that can
access it... Root ALWAYS have full access (checks for r/w permissions
are performed AFTER the check for uid==0 fails, so root can both read
and write every file in the system).
