Cant reproduce it. Try current cvs, if it still does not work, try to find out
which change broke it, by using the -D switch of cvs:
cvs checkout -D "<date string>" main

Limit the used videoram amount of your X server (isnt that in the faq ?)

Provide -v output. (but sounds more like a driver bug, than a bug in mplayer)

Try to find out what causes this (ie quitting mplayer before the end of the movie,
aborting it by pressing ^C, certain divx etc), then send a bugreport.

This iirc because mplayer get's the same error code from the kernel.

Cant reproduce, please describe it a bit more in detail and also add a -v output.

Emacs ist für mich kein Editor. Für mich ist das genau das gleiche, als wenn
ich nach einem Fahrrad (für die Sonntagbrötchen) frage und einen pangalaktischen
Raumkreuzer mit 10 km Gesamtlänge bekomme. Ich weiß nicht, was ich damit soll.
