Regarding -ss and -endpos, they are there just to get a small sample for
me to view (so not to do the whole file..) 

And yes I do see a lot of Skip Frame and Duplicat frame.. but on mplayer
the video and audio show just fine.

Regarding my resulting file, I can actually see it quite well on
mplayer, but no other player will open it with out showing the garbage I
mentioned. 
Ps. there is no problem with the audio ..
