Hi Christopher !!!

Is the dvd  ntsc? (for your address I  guess you are in Z1, but  ...) If it
is, then you must set -ofps 23.976.

Some times ago, I did some test and  I found that the wrong fps can produce
an avi file about 20% smaller than with the right value. This was discussed
in the thread

(but the samples are not there)
