Hi -
I'm wondering if this is the same MMX related bug that was
mentioned earlier today (and yesterday). I've quite a few files
that MPlayer identifies as being encoded with "DivX501 Build484"
and they do not play back correctly at all now.

Other files (including KillerBean2) play back without corruption. A
couple files produced last week with mencoder also play correctly. So
far it seems that DivX501 encoded files are the only ones having the
problem.
If I specify "--disable-mmx" to ./configure when building MPlayer
the problem goes away.
Cheers,
Steven Schultz
