So, I think I will just stick with -oac copy, so I have the original AC3 sound 
in the avi. This does not cost cpu time at all and less disk space than PCM. 
I use the -A option of ogmmerge so that the AVI-Audio is not included in the 
resulting ogg file. The result is fine.
