[MPlayer-users] About 16/9 option of libavcodec

I don't see people using this feature of libavcodec. In fact is very
useful for ripping dvds without scale the movie, but all people that I
read in this list use -vop scale options...is perhaps the problem of
linux/win compatibility or only missing knowledge?

Only curiousity..

PD: in the tips and tricks of the TECH directory about encoding don't
say anithing about this feature. Is a missing thing also?
