[MPlayer-users] possible qpel encoding bug in libavcodec

Hi

$subj says most of it i guess, so dont use qpel for any important encodings at 
the moment until we investigated / fixed it, libavcodec will be able to 
decode old stuff anyway but other mpeg4 decoders might not without some 
artifacts

btw, yes if its really a bug then both c & mmx versions are affected

the problem is that the mpeg4 standart describes something different then what 
the reference implementation does and we follow what the standart says which 
might either be right or wrong, allthough its more likely wrong
