Where's the rest of the output? We're missing this here, like your commandline, etc...
> VIDEO: [DX50] 368x264 24bpp 20.00 fps 708.0 kbps (86.4 kbyte/s)
> ==========================================================================
> Opening audio decoder: [mp3lib] MPEG layer-2, layer-3
> MP3lib: init layer2&3 finished, tables done
> AUDIO: 22050 Hz, 2 ch, 16 bit (0x10), ratio: 5000->88200 (40.0 kbit)
> Selected audio codec: [mp3] afm:mp3lib (mp3lib MPEG layer-2, layer-3)

> Opening video filter: [format=bgr16]
Check your config files, or don't specify this it on the commandline.
> ==========================================================================
> Opening video decoder: [ffmpeg] FFmpeg's libavcodec codec family
> Selected video codec: [ffodivx] vfm:ffmpeg (FFmpeg MPEG-4)

> This file was encoded with DivX501 Build450
> VDec: vo config request - 368 x 264 (preferred csp: Planar YV12)
> Couldn't find matching colorspace - retrying with -vop scale...
> Opening video filter: [scale]
> VDec: using Planar YV12 as output csp (no 0)
> Movie-Aspect is 1.39:1 - prescaling to correct movie aspect.
> Using MMX2 for colorspace transform
> SwScaler: using unscaled Planar YV12 -> BGR 16-bit special converter
> VO: [x11] 368x264 => 368x264 BGR 16-bit
> BGR not supported, please contact the developers
And here is the answer, although the message is misleading on who to contact...
> FATAL: Cannot initialize video driver!
> init_vo failed
>
> FATAL: Couldn't initialize video filters (-vop) or video output (-vo)!
