[MPlayer-users] [ws] Error in display.

Hello. I've been having some mplayer crashes with the following error.
I'm using the 01/07/2003 cvs snapshot.

It seems to be an X error (running ver. 4.2.1 using the r128 driver for
an ati rage 2000 card) from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XErrorDB, but I'm not
sure what this is telling me.

The error:
Successfully enabled DPMS
[ws] Error in display.
[ws] Error code: 13 ( BadGC (invalid GC parameter) )
[ws] Request code: 56
[ws] Minor code: 0
[ws] Modules: (NULL)

MTRR's are enabled in the kernel, but model specific registers -
CONFIG_X86_MSR, and CPU Information Support - CONFIG_X86_CPUID are
disabled. I just mention that because the config help mentions minor
codes on those options.

Should I build this with gdb, or does anyone know what X is gagging on
without having to do that.

Thanks for any help, I can't seem to find anything about this in the
docs or with internet searches. Please let me know if more info would
be useful.

Steve
