you shouldn't do this.
if there are any broken bits in teh audio stream, or anyway, it's possible
that different frames will be skipped/dupped in the 2 passes, causing 2-pass
video messed up. you should use teh same audio codec for both passes (but
may use faster options for pass1, like minimum algo quality and abr)
