ALWAYS use vhq unless you are doing live capture from a tv card and
your cpu is not fast enough for vhq!

(Perhaps we should make this the default and add a nohq option for low
quality? IMO too many people don't RTFM and they encode without vhq
and then they think lavc sucks and switch to some divx crap
instead...)
