well, adding the audiodma worked to get the dsp1 & 2 devices I thought I
had, but I get 2 new problems, if I specify dsp1 (digital) it lockes for
about a minut before constantly saying video buffer full. when I do dsp2
(analog) it will record video with an occasional click of audio.
also I forgot to list me system specs:
pentium 4 2.2
1gb ddr
dvd-rw dvd-r cd-rw
nvidia geforce4 ti 4600
slackware 8.1 heavily hacked with glibc2.3.1 and gcc-3.2.1
current cvs of mplayer
(updated about 3 hours ago)
120gb hd space
sblive (emu10k1)
alsa sound drivers
via pb400 motherboard
kernel 2.4.20 (once again heavily patched and hacked)
