Missing --disable-lame and
MPlayer not compatible with Lame

LAME version 3.93  (http://www.mp3dev.org/)

$ ./configure --enable-real
$ make

When i do
$ mv /usr/local/include/lame /usr/local/include/lame-deleted
$ ./configure && make && make install
everything works
