Yep - it outputs using the fb layer, wihch overrides any output that the
consoles may output. I always work in the console and watch films - I'm using
-geometry 100%:0 (which should work - arpi reversed the X-style syntax i
believe) with -vo tdfxfb which i wrote so that i could watch stuff in the
console. I'm not really sure about non-voodoo cards though as i don't have one
myself
