[MPlayer-users] Bugs from rc2 still in rc3

Can't check the cvs, it's currently wacked.
cvs [update aborted]: connect to mplayerhq.hu:2401 failed: Connection timed out

The bugs:
- Using -ao pcm -aofile blah crashes on exit due to a double free of
  ao_outputfilename (one in uninit, one through m_config_pop)
- exit_sighandler() is missing some break; in its switch, resulting in
  multiple messages on segfault for instance

The audio_output_channels and the bogus slowness messages are fixed,
