Hi.

whenever i add vrc_override to the lavcopts (to drop the quality on the
ending credits) i get tons of "bits<0.9" messages in the processing
stage (before actual encoding of 2nd pass). Apart from that, everything
works ok and the quality *is* dropped. What does this "bits<0.9" mean?
Am I doing something wrong? The cmdline for 2nd pass is as simple as
this:

mencoder state.vob -o state-pass2.avi -nosound -lavcopts
vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=675:v4mv:vhq:vpass=2:vrc_override=186558,192965,10
-vop scale=640:360,crop=710:546:0:14 -ovc lavc
