Have you cut some of the logs?
I don't see any of the demuxer's messages: it should say "TS file format
detected" and list the streams used.

21 is DEMUXER_TYPE_RTP,
TS is 29
please, can you try
./mplayer -v sdp:///root/testMPEGAudioVideo.sdp -demuxer 29
and post the log?
