[MPlayer-users] A problem with mencoder or mplayer?

Hello Karsten,

I have got a problem, but i am not sure whether it is a problem of mencoder or 
mplayer.

I type the following code:

mencoder \*.png -mf on:w=550:h=600:fps=15:type=png -ovc copy -o out.avi

I can generate out.avi, but when i played it using mplayer, it gave me a quick 
flash then disappeared. If i remove w and h value like this

mencoder \*.png -mf on:fps=15:type=png -ovc copy -o out.avi

The out.avi can be played but both the color and the shape changed a lot.

Please not that the png images were generated from my code. I have tried encode 
the png images to avi in Windows and the avi works fine.

Do you have idea why this happening? I really got stuck with it.
