[MPlayer-users] A/V sync problems

I've ripped several DVD's - all in the same fashion.
I use dvd::rip and encode them to a single file putting the movies into
a ogm container, using divx4 and Ogg Vorbis at 128 bitrate for the audio
and targeting 1600 video bitrate

Some movies play perfectly in MPlayer, some - there is a delay between
the audio and when the lips move in the movie.

Does anyone know how to fix this or what causes this?
