mplayer configured with default options
problem description:
some subtitles will not be displayed. rewinding into the spot where they would be will
often cause them to be seen, but a normal play-through will result in not seeing them.
example:
using the Princess Mononoke R1 dvd, and the command line
mplayer -fs -double -alang ja -sid 1 -dvdangle 2 dvd://
the subtitle immediately following the one of
"Hearts have grown hard throughout the land"
will not appear. The particular one that fails to appear is
"They'll rob you in your sleep. Shall we run?"
I am not sure how to display time info, or I'd provide a time offset
of these particular subtitles.
the latest cvs build will not compile on my system, so although I attempted to see if this
bug was in that, I was unable to make the test.
